PAYMENT: If you live in the UK, you may either order online using your credit card - please follow the instructions to add goods to your 'shopping cart' and complete all the required information when requested.  If your order fails, please notify us at Rollercoaster Records Sales
Goods may only be sent to the cardholder's address unless we have written authority from you to deliver to another address.

If you live in the UK or have a UK bank account you may also send us payment by mail to our only address, which is at the bottom of this page. Cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to ROLLERCOASTER RECORDS LTD. 
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  If you are in doubt about how to order please write giving details of the items required and we will confirm availability and price

POSTAGE RATES: Postage is free in UK for orders over £100 in value only.  We regreat that due to massive increases in postal charges in the UK we are obliged to charge a flat rate of £3.00 for all orders in the UK.  You may add a priority handling request and charge when you checkout.  Overseas orders please see below.

IMPORTANT: Small orders are usually sent by ordinary letter or parcel post at your risk, and although losses and damage within the postal system are rare, the Post Office will only consider paying compensation when goods have been sent by the Signed For service.  If you wish to ensure that your order is covered for compensation you should specify SIGNED FOR clearly on your order and add 2.00 to the total value of your payment.  Larger orders or box sets are covered by our courier service and no further insurance is necessary except when sending overseas.  Please ask for details.

DELIVERY: Although in most cases we are able to send goods immediately you should allow 28 days for delivery in the UK.  We try to be helpful when goods are urgently required but please advise us of any special requirements when ordering as we normally send small packages by second class mail.  Please always remember to make your address clear and add your POSTCODE to your delivery address.  It is important when ordering to include your daytime phone number along with your postal address.  Generally courier service is for next day delivery after despatch but this is not guaranteed and we are not always able to provide firm delivery dates, nor are we able to specify times of delivery without considerable extra cost. 
You will be required to sign for goods sent by courier - please advise us if you are unable to accept such deliveries during the daytime as we will be obliged to charge you with any surcharge levied on us by our courier if they are unable to deliver during business hours.  Saturday and evening delivery are available but the additional cost is considerable.  It is becoming increasingly difficult to predict delivery times by Royal Mail even when first class post is used. You should bear in mind that it takes time for us to trace whether we have received or despatched your order, and to respond to requests to trace uninsured packets and parcels - the time spent doing this means we have less time to actually send orders.  Please be patient and don't ring the day after you send your order for 'progress reports' unless it really is essential.  Where a short delay in obtaining supplies of an out of stock item is expected we will send the remainder of your order and the out of stock item will follow.  In the event of a long delay you will receive a credit note. If you do not wish to wait for out of stock items, please delete the 'Extend If Out of Stock' box on the order form or state clearly 'do not Extend'. 
Refunds for temporarily out of stock items will only be made when specifically asked for. 
We do try to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but please advise us immediately if your goods are faulty or arrive damaged.  We generally replace faulty CDs in box sets individually rather than the whole set, so please do not return any goods without authorisation or proper packaging.

HOW TO ORDER: Please, to avoid confusion order by catalogue number if you have it, ie RCCD 3001, or by artist, title, label and price if you don't have the catalogue number. Use block letters for your name and address and telephone number as we cannot be responsible for orders lost in delivery due to your bad writing! 

FOREIGN ORDERS are welcome but due to the cost of processing we cannot accept orders for addresses outside the UK for less than 10.00 (excluding postage). If ordering online you will be charged an inclusive amount to cover delivery by airmail small packet.  If ordering by post please prepare your order as detailed above but do not send payment with your order. We will advise you of the cost to include postage charges. Any extras such as airmail letter post, insurance etc will be charged at cost, but unless you specify these items your order will be sent by ordinary small packet airmail. Please note that we have no control over the duty charged by the customs service in your country and it is not possible for us to make false customs declarations in order to avoid duty.
