Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for UK customers are based on a flat rate charge of £3.00 per order. Generally, smaller items are sent by ordinary mail - for larger and heavier items we use courier delivery which may require a signature on arrival. Larger, or consolidated, orders will of course be better value than several single items ordered separately.
Outside the UK our shipping charges vary according to the value of your order: . However some countries may require further charges so please enquire before ordering so that we may provide and options for this service. Small orders are sent by ordinary small packet airmail. Larger orders may be sent by air parcel or courier at our discretion.
Note that all goods are sent uninsured. Please contact us by email or telephone if you require any kind of insured or special delivery service - further charges may apply. In the event of non-delivery please get in touch with us so that we may investigate, bearing in mind that in exceptional circumstances UK orders can take up to 14 days for delivery; and overseas up to 30 days even by airmail. This is due to the unreliability of services to some countries which of course are outside our control.
Returns:
If you suspect that an item supplied by us may be faulty, please do not return it but contact us to arrange for a replacement to be sent or an authorisation to return the item. Any authorised return must be sent to us post paid and in either the original packing or equivalent. All our goods are guaranteed but at our option we may either replace the faulty component or the complete item, or refund your purchase price in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
